1 Executive Summary

This proposal outlines the scope, timeline, and commercial terms to design and deliver a streamlined Digital Course Site for one-time purchases of downloadable content. The Base Package provides a custom backend, non-custom frontend implementation using established libraries/templates, a clear technical architecture, and three months of technical support. Public cloud and third-party API costs are excluded from service fees and are invoiced separately on a monthly basis.

2 Scope of Work — Base Package (USD $800)

Custom Backend Design & Development — Tailored to the project’s requirements.
Non-custom Frontend Implementation — Uses reputable libraries and templates (no bespoke visual design).
Technical Architecture — System architecture, data models, integration patterns, and security considerations.
3 Months of Technical Support — Bug fixes and Q&A related to delivered features.

Important: Public cloud infrastructure and third-party API usage are not included and will be invoiced to the client monthly at actuals.

3 Optional Add-Ons (project typically USD $800–$3,500)

If selected, add-ons will be itemized in the pricing table (TBD line items). Any scope expansion is possible upon discussion and separate pricing before implementation.

4.1 Goals & Model

Sell approximately 20 downloadable courses (PDF/video).
One-time purchases only; no customer accounts/portals.
After successful payment, buyers receive files via email with secure, time-limited links.

4.2 Scope & Pages

Home/Landing: Value proposition, featured courses, trust badges.
Catalog/Courses: Grid of ~20 products with descriptions and price.
Course Detail (template): Title, syllabus bullets, format/length, price, “Buy Now”.
Checkout: Minimal form + payment + consent.
Terms & Policies: Terms of Use (mandatory), plus Privacy & Refund.

4.3 Purchase & Verification Flow

“Buy Now” triggers identity verification (iDenfy) before payment.
Checkout form includes a mandatory Referral Code field.
Payment via third-party processor (e.g., Stripe/Adyen/PayPal).
On payment success, send automated email with secure download links or attachments (for small files).

4.4 Admin, Integrations & Security

Admin CMS for courses, orders, email templates, and referral codes.
Identity (iDenfy), Payments (PSP), Email Delivery (e.g., SES/SendGrid), Referral tracking, Secure links.
GDPR, accessibility (WCAG), HTTPS, PSP webhook verification, rate-limits on downloads, signed URLs.

The software stack will be selected by Resonara CA based on the project’s scale, performance goals, security needs, and long‑term maintainability.

8 Commercial Terms

Invoicing / Milestones: 40% Discovery & Architecture · 40% Implementation · 20% UAT & Launch.
Payment: Net 15 days from invoice date.
Change Requests & Expansion: Any additional features or scope expansions are possible but must be discussed and separately priced before implementation.
Support Terms: Support covers defects in delivered features; excludes new feature requests and third‑party outages.
Cancellation: Either party may terminate with 14 days’ written notice; work performed to date will be invoiced.

9 Assumptions & Exclusions

Client will provide timely access/credentials and branding assets where relevant.
Public cloud and third-party API vendors bill usage directly or via Resonara CA monthly at actuals; these fees are not included in services pricing.
Any required licenses beyond standard open‑source libraries will be quoted separately.
